When a fleet vehicle is damaged, our process is designed to be simple and efficient for you and your company. Our Fleet clients typically report the damage to their internal management team or fleet manager, who then contacts us directly. In many cases a claim may already be open with your insurer, or we assist in determining whether the repair will fall under your excess threshold. If the vehicle is not roadworthy, we arrange towing. If it is still drivable, we arrange an inspection and prepare a repair quote.
For fleets with multiple vehicles at one location, we can also conduct off-site inspections or work from supplied photos to minimise disruption. Once the quote is approved and repair authority is provided, your vehicle is booked in for repairs. We also offer courtesy collection and delivery of your vehicles from offices, worksites or other convenient locations.
